I bought them new and received an obviously used set. When I received them the box was open and damaged, they were dirty and the buttons on both earbuds were worn out from being pressed many times. It seems to me that someone returned them, put new cushions on them and sold them as new. When you put the earbuds into the charging case, the percentage of charge started to decrease, not increase. If I could give zero stars or less I would.
