Easy install - my new review
Easy to install and use (I had neutral white wire available in box), solid feel. I had to buy dual wall plate with wider opening on one side, I would imagine is common issue, had to throw away one that came with it. Cost is a little higher than I would have wanted for bath fan convenience, but I'm not sorry I bought. There is rather bright persistent blue led in dark to help find switch, if that's a consideration that you sometimes want pitch dark bathroom (e.g. for testing glow in the dark apparel) you might have to cover temporarily as I see no override.

- May not be ideal for those with allergies, as accumulation of dust may cause malfunctions
