I use it every day when I climb. I am an arborist. I wear it backwards with the red bows inside. This works great for me. The wide shoulder straps offer good support. The neck rubs, but there is almost no real shirt. I use it to advance my climbing clutch/rope wrench setup. It stinks, so wash it often. I didn't notice any disadvantages. Just a really solid product.
