I bought a Singer M3300 sewing machine as a gift which was delivered as expected. The sewing machine was opened today and used for the first time. The spool mechanism is not working properly. I tried contacting Home Depot directly for an exchange as I found out that this retailer ordered it from Home Depot and was supposed to deliver it. Home Depot tried to help but couldn't because it's a third-party sale. I am unable to contact Energo Lux Goods via Revain or the phone number on the delivery note to see if they can fix the problem even though it has been 10 days since the return date as it was a gift. I would appreciate if someone from Energo Lux Goods could contact me.
