As an international student, writing a review is a bit difficult for me. I worked out twice a day (1 hour each on the elliptical and half an hour to build muscle). Three months ago I lost almost 25 pounds. Guys don't be shy. Perseverance will finally pay off. Here are some tips: 1. This protein powder is mainly for weight loss. It contains ingredients like CLA that make you feel more awake. When you do aerobic exercise, fat and muscle are burned for energy. This product will help you get extra protein for muscle recovery. This way your weight/fat will be shed and your muscle mass will be kept at the same level.2. The main purpose of this product is not muscle building, so no creatine is added to it. This supplement should not be taken post-workout, but 30-60 minutes before a meal. This will help reduce your body fat percentage. When BFP is below 15%, be proud of your health and shape.3. People who lose weight fast like me really need anaerobic exercise. Otherwise you can get loose skin. Be careful!4. The powder mixes well. Just shake the blender and enjoy. I'm tired of two flavors, chocolate blends better and vanilla sweater flavor.5. Instead, you can take half a scoop at a time. Honestly, I can't tell the difference in effect. That's all I know now.
