Review on πŸ”§ Topkar Self Leveling Level with Magnetic Bracket: Achieve Perfect Alignment with Ease by Christopher Sullivan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great price for a good laser level.

Topkar Green Beam 3D Self-Leveling 3D Laser Level (with Jacks and Magnetic Arm) Part Number: JD-12 (Green Line) I have compared the laser lines produced by this 3D Laser Level with another high quality 3D Laser Laser Level. Line accuracy was excellent. Completely parallel and easy to read. I have found that the laser is sensitive to movement and has very little attenuation. You just have to give him time to calm down. Once this happens, it aligns perfectly. The placement on the Revain website is correct in terms of description and characteristics. A Quick Start Guide is included with the JD-12. The device is switched on via a switch on the front panel. This will unlock the float mechanism, the device will beep and display a horizontal, horizontal, green laser beam. You press the "V/H" button multiple times to scroll and turn on each of the laser indicators to add multiple lasers in each level. If the instrument is tilted more than 3 degrees in any plane, the instrument will tell you that it is out of the automatic compensation range by flashing the laser beam and beeping. The "L" button of the "P/L" button is used to disable this warning and allows you to manually set the line at any angle. The mechanism is not blocked in manual mode. Heart rate mode gives you two power settings, which I'll call normal and high. What I like is that the main panel has lights that light up to clearly show what mode you're in. Another indicator lights up when the batteries are low. The device uses two lithium-ion rechargeable batteries (type 18650). There were 4 batteries in the kit, one sat down (0.5 volts) and was not good. The included USB charger charges the batteries in 2-3 hours. A 22-inch USB Type-A to USB Type-C charging cable is included. The charger has a "C” type input. To charge the level, you must remove the batteries and insert them into the charger. The level cannot be powered from an external source, it has no external connections for external power supply. Fortunately, the batteries can be easily changed without tools. The charger has indicators for each battery that change from red to green as the batteries are being charged. The included accessories are quite decent. A lift table is ideal when you need to make very little height or level adjustments. Each of the legs is adjustable, and there is a bubble eye to adjust the height of the table. With all of the bottom legs screwed on, the table can raise the level from about 2.25 inches to about 4 inches (measured at the bottom of the level). You can rotate the spirit level 360 degrees with the knob. The magnetic mount is equipped with a set of very strong magnets that hold the spirit level securely. Each has a tilt handle and rotating mechanism. The plane can also be moved towards or away from the magnets with the other adjustment knob. The spirit level comes with a handy zipped carry case. Everything included has a pre-cut location in the case. I suggest you get a good tripod to use this level and expand its versatility. The level corresponds to a standard camera mount (US 1/4-20).
