Already broken. Replacement parts
After my husband had to drill holes in the dashboard to install it, the plastic ball on the phone mount broke. He's been using it for less than a month and now he's going to delete everything else. The plastic ball cannot withstand the daily vibrations of the vehicle it was designed for (Jeep).
