I take this as part of my immune deficiency regimen. It was very effective because JigsawHealth contained multiple ingredients that work synergistically as a team. Vitamin C and quercetin are a powerful combination. And the other ingredient, lysine, is an amino acid. Lysine, in combination with vitamin C, helps build blood vessels.
