Doesn't work well with Dell XPS 13 9310 (latest model)

I was very pleased with this product. Laptops are getting thinner, ports are getting scarcer, and when I saw Thunderbolt 4 support in the Kensington SD5700T, it was a no-brainer to buy (and the reviews seemed good). However, this thing was a pain. Full Disclosure: I have a Dell XPS 13 9310 (latest 2020 model) and this thing will work great if and only if: 1) you never plan on putting your computer to sleep 2) you never plan on using your Kensington SD5700T turn off. from your computer. If you do either of the above two steps, expect to have to restart your computer every time you want to use anything connected to the Kensington SD5700T. Not the convenience I was hoping for when I bought it for $320 (much higher than any comparable dock, ie those with Thunderbolt 3). FYI, these are the devices I have connected to the Kensington SD5700T.1) Acer XR342CK monitor (most problematic - in situations where all other peripherals are working properly, my computer always has to be restarted for it to work) - USB- C to DisplayPort2) Logitech MX Dongles (via Logitech Unifying Receiver) - USB-A3) Logitech MX Master 2S (via Logitech Unifying Receiver) - USB-A4) Logitech Streamcam - USB-C5) Jabra Speak 510 - USB-A6 ) Asus RT-AC86U - via ethernet Although the Kensington SD5700T is connected to my laptop and powered on, none of the above peripherals are recognized (I am connected via WiFi because the ethernet cable is not recognized). This product may work differently with other laptops, but it doesn't work nearly well with the Dell XPS 13 9310. , I cannot and will not recommend this product.
