Review on 🔧 Sliding Adjustable Bracket by SMARTSMITH: Mountable Solution by Ryan Foles

Great product and not as flashy as some of the other options. I didn't want to remove and cut a groove in the base of my very heavy barn door so this was perfect. My only issue was that my custom Amish door was so wide that this bracket barely fit. It was so tight that it couldn't scratch the door or move heavily with the felt glides. I decided to lay a brace on my concrete floor and hit it a few times with a rubber mallet to widen the hole a bit. Its solid metal is very strong and difficult to open and of course you don't want to overdo it and cause damage but this worked great for me and made it 1/8 wider to fit my door. Now it slides perfectly, guided by this bracket.
