Almost not enough moisture. I have mixed curly hair. I recently started having highlights for the first time, so I wanted a shampoo with some extra moisture to keep my hair healthy. It was terrible when it comes to humidity. I felt like the shampoo started drying out my hair after applying it. The air conditioning didn't help. I've never experienced that with shampoo and conditioner. Extremely disappointed. I had some leftover cheap L'Oréal shampoo and conditioner so I used them and they worked 10x better which is sad. I never complain or test a product. I usually read and write down negative reviews as they were written by someone with standards that were too high. But trust me, if you're looking for something that will really moisturize your hair, this isn't it. Too bad they offered a refund. I am currently looking for a new moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.
