I got these for my husband's lunches. He's on a salad kick. My only gripe is they aren't large enough for his idea of a "normal" salad. They're perfect for me, a person who eats a normal sized salad. He wants a darn horse trough. I love that I can keep everything separate so nothing gets soggy. The part that holds the toppings is perfect. I can easily fit in cherry tomatoes, olives, peppers, onion, shredded carrot, and nuts. The dressing cup holds 2 Tbs when filled to the brim. It does not leak. If I shove it in there, I can get about 3 cups baby greens in the bottom part. There's no room to mix your salad if you do that though. I put 2 cups for me and it works great. It's easy to wash (I do it by hand my dishwasher eats plastic for dinner). It doesn't retain onion oders or carrot stains.
