I like that it has all my info in one place so if i need anything else for another account they are right there with me! It's not super easy but once you get used to how everything works then no problems at this point!! If your looking into getting more information than just email address etc - go ahead give them try because their customer service team really does care about what products/services we want help using. They will make sure every question gets answered quickly as well. We have been able use fullcontact since 2014 when our business started growing exponentially through social media advertising campaigns (FB ads).
