6/18/21 Watch and bracelet won't connect. If I hold the watch about 2 inches away from the bracelet, the phone will display the heart rate. If I stretch my arm out, for example with an elliptical trainer with arms, the signal is lost. Any distance of 3 inches or more will result in a loss of communication between the watch and the bracelet. I have sent an email to Ezon Support but have not received a reply. The next step is to return the item and get a refund. Lindy Newton
