Review on Dirt Devil Power Express Vacuum by Lisa Reed

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Waste of time and gas. (You get what you pay for.?)

Terrible. They sold me a used one and just threw it in a broken box. I didn't even get the enhanced pet version, just the normal one and the pet attachment, literally without the separate pack thrown in. The vacuum was taken out of use and returned due to someone else's dissatisfaction and I received used dirt from them who tried to resell it as new. There was even tape on the opening, even shipping/box tape which was an obvious sign it had been resealed. The functionality of the vacuum cleaner itself was the second worst. I bought it to clean a new medium sized carpet I have and it couldn't even hold cotton balls on it which anyone can easily rip off with their hands (I checked in time). My main carpet vacuum is too big and powerful for my carpet so I did some internet research and found this was the answer. I would definitely not recommend this for bare floors. If it can't handle my carpet, it can't be useful on any real floor. The suction power is too weak. As for the sound, it's average in volume but nothing exceptional. I don't know why there are so many complaints about the sound when I'm not too bad and I can be sensitive to noise. Overall, it's definitely not for animals. I don't have pets, but if he can't pick up loose human hair, he can't deep clean pet hair. Unless you vacuum the flakes and clumps of dust on the tile, I wouldn't bother. I ignored the negative reviews and regretted it. Avoid this at all costs.
