Review on 35.6 X 78.7 Inch Solar Film: Non-Adhesive, Heat Control, Sun Blocking One Way Mirror Window Tint For Home & Office - Black by Amber Davis

We live in Georgia and our windows are 30+ years old. They’re pretty and wood and I don’t want to replace them with the new sleek windows, but they suck and heat pours through them as they’re not double pane. My daughter’s room is approximately the same temperature as a volcano by nap time so I was hoping this would help keep out the heat. I put it on one pane and could feel the instant difference. It was like stepping into the shade on a hot day. I just bought one roll to do the side window to see if it was worth the trouble, but now I’ll be ordering this for all of the windows!It was really easy to cut and install. Like other reviews said, use a ton of water and a squeegee. If you look closely at the pic, you can tell I didn’t do a fantastic job, but that was a result of me doing this with a 7 week old strapped to me and trying to keep a toddler from destroying her room or grabbing the scissors at the same time. It’s a side of my house that doesn’t face anything but a tree, so I wasn’t super concerned with perfection. If you measure accurately, make sure the windows are clean, and use a straight edge, it’ll be great!
