Super cute and soft case!
My daughter is 19 months and 31 inches. I bought an 18-24 month old and there sure is room to grow. I only rolled up my sleeves once, but I think it fits great. It's waterproof and has a soft shell unlike some rubber raincoats I've seen. The inside is lined with soft terry cloth to keep you warm. The front has pockets and closes with buttons, with a large hood. It was a shot in the dark, but a great buy. Definitely recommend! Plus it's super cute!
