I have been wearing lenses for 25 years already, so there is something to compare with, the experience is huge))) the peculiarity of my eyes is great myopia and, possibly, the large radius of curvature of the cornea associated with this (8.9 and 9.0). For many years I have worn Bausch & Lomb 9.0 Optima FW monthly replacement lenses. Other manufacturers either did not have such a radius in principle, or they were daily replacement lenses, and this immediately increases the cost of lenses by two or three times. Three years ago, B&L stopped making Optima FW lenses, and the only option left for me was to spend a lot of money on daily lenses like Acuvue. And then one day, when ordering glasses in optics, I got into a conversation with the administrator, and she suggested that I try Cooper Vision clariti elite lenses, whose probes with my diopters, by a happy coincidence, were available. Modern silicone hydrogel lenses are more flexible and easily adapt to different curvature of the cornea, so they often have only 1 curvature radius option - 8.6. The problem of choosing lenses for me was solved!
