The team at NAM are very professional in their work ethic & approachability with clients/prospects as well as other colleagues within our business unit (B2C). They really get what we do here - it's not just about pretty pictures or branding but creating real value for customers through digital solutions which will drive revenue growth long term. I would say they have some great ideas around new ways of engaging people online via social media channels such as LinkedIn etc., however this has been implemented slowly over time so there can be an element of trial and error when trying something out first hand before rolling them into day one processes across all teams / units internally. We're looking forward to seeing how things develop going forwards especially given more focus being put towards customer experience initiatives like chatbots!
