Review on IFP by Alan Massey

The best part of this program is that it integrates seamlessly with social media, allowing its users easy access to their jobs from LinkedIn or Twitter. It's also very customizable. There are some things we would like to see change but they don't seem likely in the near future (although there have been requests). For now what you get out of IFp is not worth the money. You can do without other programs if this works well. We're solving our hiring needs by using this particular system rather than creating resumes. This streamlines our job application process while at the same time providing us with insight into candidate interest levels. I like the ability to link the application and resume to the candidate. I do not like that it is not fully integrated with the resume. I would like to upload resumes or pdf files directly to the candidate. I would also like to be able to upload the resume to a client's account and have it show up in the applicant tracking system. I have been able to connect my resume and application to the candidate.
