I'm not sure if I've had an allergic reaction, but my symptoms were similar to other reviewers on Revain. I washed my face as usual and then applied the product under my eyes. The product burned immediately, I thought it might be acid, so that was normal. The burning will pass in a few minutes. A few days later, the skin under the eyes began to dry and peel off. Then finally, after a week, it hurt in small spots when I looked in the mirror, my skin cracked. It looked like I had little paper cuts under my eyes. I don't know how a "moisturizing" product can do this to your skin. Beware.
