Excellent pillow for my opinion

Currently pregnant with symphysis pubic bone pains. I got this pillow for these two reasons. I feel like it takes time for you to find out how to use it to get the best comfort. I’m still in that learning curve. Some mornings I get out of bed and feel good after standing up and some mornings due to my own positioning I wake up sore from the (SPD). I can say it is definitely better than sleeping w/o it. It’s really soft but sturdy where you need it to be. I say try it and play with it on different ways you can use to get the best out of it.

This pillow is so soft and exactly what I wanted. What made it stand out is it allows you to still use your own bed pillow which is what I wanted!
