this product is cheaply made it took me a whole day to install a camera the instructions are not clear very small text and does not give step by step instructions does not work TV screen that must be installed along with a computer monitor to have access to all settings. The DVR is just a box to work with. There is NO power button or other buttons. If you need to turn off the box, you need to manually go to the "Power off" setting. then unplug the power cord, the docent hard desk comes with it, i bought a separate one and put it in the box, you can even hide your things in the box, it's empty, very cheap little electric board, and the hard desk was new, was but full no recording keep getting the message says hardtable is full i just installed whats going on i need to remove hardtable so i can start recording i made to work on my iphone but you can't control all the settings with your phone you you have to go to your computer screen to have full access to the settings as the cameras are made of cheap plastic. and most impotent people don't realize that if you want a cheap basic camera system, that's fine. I have Q.see camera systems with aluminum DVR box, it's an exact VCR box with full control buttons and remote control and it works on my same TV. I wish I had bought the same.
