Beautiful and intricate pattern

This is a great looking rug. I broke the latch after a few rows but that may have been my fault. This is the first hook clasp rug I've made and I may have been a little rough with the clasp hook. I couldn't pull it smoothly through the carpet. It is very large and the colors are very close in hue. It took me a long time to sort the colors and figure out what's what. So for my first project it is time consuming and difficult. I should have started with something much smaller and fewer colors. But I love it and it's very, very beautiful. if i ever do this NO ONE will go for it. He's going to hit the wall.
