waste of money. I do not recommend this product to anyone in the LE profession. I bought it in June 2018 and after only three months of regular use it stopped working in September. I've since considered leaving a review but decided not to as it was the second one I've bought. I bought one of these last year and was using it for about eight months when it did the same thing. I thought I might have gotten a bad one, so I decided to give it another try this year. Instead, I had the exact same problem, only this time with just three months of use instead of eight. I've tried everything from cleaning the earpiece to reconnecting everything and nothing has worked. It never submerged and never got too much water with the way I set it up. The people in my department who also bought the exact same product had the same experience with it. If you're looking for a decent pair of headphones, look elsewhere. I'll look for something else. Totally unreliable and disappointed with the below average quality.
