Disappointing product as I had previously purchased and used their vertical holster with great success. The horizontal model has a few disruptive design changes. with a loop at one end, which makes threading the belt very difficult. Overall it is significantly smaller inside as my iPhone 8 Plus with the mophie battery pack is difficult to insert and remove when easily sliding into a vertical model. The horizontal model's skin is also stiffer and less flexible, making it difficult to work with a very tight fit. I bought the horizontal model after realizing that the vertical model wasn't as comfortable to use as my previous horizontal cases, but that's my problem and there's absolutely nothing negative about it. their holsters.
