I had great customer service when it came out. I got a lemon and another device delivered after the troubleshooting tech support worked amazingly. I wasn't ready for that many ribbons to make the paint so I had to order a lot more and they say they need to be replaced well before they're done. I just hit reset and it continues after the first message for about 20 more cards. I only get about 150 cards per roll, not 300. However, customer service has been great for getting a replacement and I print 4000 cards in about 3 weeks.
