I do HIIT every day. I go to the fitness center and do home workouts. I'm always looking for quality home fitness equipment that I actually use! These sliders are PERFECT! They glide easily over shaggy carpets and the top keeps shoes in place. I use for more intense climbers, pike, incline plank, sliding push ups, skater lunges, even as an ab roller. My training is a little higher. And very easy to store or carry in a gym bag. Definitely recommend. Worth the price.
