When I first received my handbag I really liked it, it has everything I was looking for. However, I wasn't a fan of fold-down handles and front zippers tend to open randomly. Now, after a few months, the drop handles have come undone at the seams and almost fallen off. The front zippers become more and more annoying the longer you use the bag. They are unpacked randomly, resulting in the loss of many different things. I had to attach key rings to use the pockets or not to use them at all. Unfortunately the returns window is closed for me, but just save yourself some time. It's frustrating.
