Connected to the sink. Works well on first, second, third use. Around the fourth or fifth there will be a one second refueling before the start. Every time I use it it just emits jets of water every second it fills and doesn't stop the device, I turn off the tap. It will do the same thing every time it's used (water doesn't actually flow, just splashes) until I remove and reinsert the inlet hose to allow the water to flow out. Then the cycle begins again.
