I liked best the layout of comments page. I also like that comments page was designed as a separate subdomain to my site. And that comments are not integrated with my site's comments. Also, as for the user interface, I don't like that once you enter a comment, it doesn't give you a way to preview it before sending. I also had problems with my comment disappearing after a while. It was not possible to find where it was hidden when I had to edit it. There is an option to set your website to delete the comments after some time period, but it isn't always convenient to take advantage of it. I have an e-commerce website, and I used this comment section to collect some reviews. The main thing that attracted me the most was that the comments were not integrated with my site's comments. This allows me to have different comment threads, some of which are related to my site's comments, and some of which are not. The support team is great, they are always quick with an answer when we need help or have questions about what features work best! I like how easy it was set up - just copy-paste some javascript into my page header (which i am terrible at). We use this plugin as part our web agency's service offering so clients don't see anything other than beautiful commenting functionality without having tons more software installed & configured themselves which saves time AND money!!
