Excellent level of service, from answering questions to helping us find a solution, and having a responsive website with live links to payment options. We use capcito for invoice factoring, and found them helpful and responsive to our queries, from arranging initial meetings to follow ups and invoicing when payments have been received. The customer care representatives were very friendly and responded quickly to my email enquiries. They answered all my questions thoroughly, patiently explained things to me, helped guide me through processes I was unsure of etc. Great help!
