The ability to create customized reports through our own custom fields is very useful! You can also upload your current inventory list of products or equipment that you already know about so it makes creating new lists much easier as well since everything has been done in advance prior uploading them into operating docs. There are some minor bugs here & there but nothing too major at this time; however I am sure they will be fixed soon enough once we start using ODP more heavily (we're currently testing out only 2-3 features). We use Operational Data Processing daily which helps us keep track of all our assets/equipment throughout any given year by logging who uses what piece(s) each day. It's great because now everyone involved knows exactly where things stand within their department without having to ask anyone else to find something specific.
