The first camera I got had vertical black and pink lines on the display that got longer and longer until it was no longer used for conference calling could become . I emailed tech support but never got a reply. I sent this camera back and received the same model as a replacement. The second camera had a short white intermittent flicker. I tried connecting the camera directly to the laptop and to the docking station, but both methods gave the same bad result. I will be returning the second camera and looking for a different brand.
