I think this is a great budget gaming monitor and I like some of the features BenQ has to offer like the low blue light settings. But the main feature of this product - the speakers - just do not work and do not work. from the day it arrives! I can't seem to find any helpful guides that I can find online, from BenQ or anyone else, to fix this issue. Other people have experienced this, but most of them advise you to just accept the fact that you are not getting any sound from this monitor and move on. Otherwise, this is a great monitor for the price. But I expect basic functionality from products, and this experience makes me very cautious about buying BenQ products in the future.
