Durability - Kettle
The first kettle arrived in a very shabby box and there was a thumb sized dent on the back of the kettle. The second kettle arrived in a less shabby box but with a very musty smell. The kettle wasn't damaged so I cleaned it very well and am very happy with the kettle. Easy to clean and has a loud whistle.
