I have bought 2 sets of filters from this brand. I NEVER USE THIS FILTER > JUST GOT IT. Upon inspection there are dirty spots and && the wire is already loose causing me to HURT. Customer service was BAD when contacted about it. Considering the general response to contacting Amazon about their defective item. Please see the attached photos for proof. I would warn before buying, you don't want bits of metal wire breaking into your food, dangerous for both children and adults. Also, customer service is poor, spend your money elsewhere where you are valued and valued as a loyal customer helping their business - I haven't been here. Please see the attached photos for proof. Look closely to see the wire - the photo does not convey what the naked eye can tell.
