The printer can only be used as a USB port. This model does not have the bluetooth function I was looking for. That's why I'm sending it back, not because it's bad.

The first prints I tried looked terrible, the barcode lines were so pixelated that you couldn't scan them and it printed on part of the next label. Print quality is very good - clear print and fast speed! The paper feed is also very smooth. Since I travel a lot, it's lightweight so I can take it anywhere! Overall I am very satisfied with this product.

The printer is easy to install and works well. However, a resolution of 300 DPI is not enough to create high-quality labels, especially when it comes to small characters. I switched to a 400dpi printer and the difference is very noticeable.

Works perfectly. Doesn't charge well so I lose a label or two every time I use it. I suppose if you keep it plugged into your computer all the time you'll be fine. Make sure you change the print quality setting or you will end up with the worst printed label. these printers are sold under myriad names but are made in the same factory in China.

We received this thermal label printer and it has saved us a lot of time on routine jobs. We used to use a multi-label page to pre-print labels and then peel them off during use. It took some time to complete the whole process. Once the label printer has arrived, we can print the label at the right time and make changes if necessary.
