Disappointed: Laundry storage and organization

When I first received this I noticed right away that it's smaller than a regular laundry basket. I still liked how much space it saved so I kept it. Sometimes I had problems trying to close it and I think maybe that's why it broke. I don't think I can use it anymore because it will rip completely and my underwear will fall all over the place. Now I have to find a new basket 😔
