First of all the seller handled the situation fantastically and answered all my questions including additional advice on what to look for during installation and an offer to replace parts if needed. Great communication and great seller and that's why I'm giving the product an extra star. Now the product itself. I ordered this fan despite some reviews because it was so aesthetic and beautiful. I don't know if other buyers have had these installation issues, but both of my pro's had them. I had to hire a professional to install the product, two different people, twice. I didn't stand much of a chance compared to the first installation versus the second. The fan itself appeared to be in excellent condition to our knowledge, no damage or missing parts. However, the main power supply beeps every time the fan is turned on. It also doesn't have a quiet motor - it was quite noisy. Now I'm not sure if this is due to the wrong installation or the product as I installed it twice, but the fan itself wobbled under its own weight and dangled regardless of speed and made a clicking noise. The speeds themselves were also almost the same - the first speed was incredibly fast. The seller indicated that this could be due to a wiring and weight distribution error during installation, but be aware that this should be taken into account. The seller stated that he would inform the manufacturer and the electrician of these problems.
