I like that you can select what you really need, rather than being pushed towards something that you don't want or need. It is an excellent tool in helping you to choose gifts for people who are difficult to buy for. You can also give your friends and family members gift ideas instead of sending them directly from your own site which is a bit impersonal sometimes (although it does not feel bad at all!). The fact that you can upload pictures is pretty cool. That is just an added feature that makes things easier. Nothing so far! I believe this has helped my team get organized with giving more creative and detailed gift suggestions and better choices for our clients as well. I like that GiftBox is integrated with our point-of-sale systems. It's a really easy system to use and the customer service is also great. I dislike that it's a little bit pricey. It's a great tool for any organization that needs a customer loyalty program. We are solving the problem of customers not remembering to give back to our organization for their purchases. We are also able to provide the customer with incentives to give back.
