They are quick to respond, helpful in explaining what you need/want (and don't) when setting up your account as well making changes or adding new features later down road makes it easy once we get our feet wet with their platform!! I like that you can select what you really need, rather than being pushed towards something that you don't want or need. It is an excellent tool in helping you to choose gifts for people who are difficult to buy for. You can also give your friends and family members gift ideas instead of sending them directly from your own site which is a bit impersonal sometimes (although it does not feel bad at all!). The best thing is that you can create your own gift box with all the items from one of the lists you have on your account. It makes it very easy to customize gift boxes to match your business, products, or customers. I would like more options for making gift boxes. More templates to choose from would be great!
