The DVD does not open when the button is pressed.
DVD opens when pressed three or more times. I like the size of the laptop and the backlit keyboard. I'm debating whether to keep it or send it back because of the DVD drive I need. I'll use it a little longer to see if it gets any better if I don't return the laptop.
