Review on Reed RS1 Ratchet Shears 2 Inches by Michael Boyce

Have been using reed cutters for 40 years until my old ones wore out and instead of ordering all the parts to restore I just bought another one. I also have spin type and both work well; However, the rotary cutter is a nightmare with Sch 40 tubing, but the reeds cut through like butter. Rotary cutters are great for thin (PVC 200 series), drip tubing and PEX tubing. Both tools find their application in irrigation and plumbing work.
