product received as advertised. It took a few hours to set up, including activating Windows with the code provided under the laptop, installing a third-party antivirus, and installing Office. The laptop arrived in good condition with minimal signs of use. The best thing about a freshly started laptop is that it is free from the usual malware. The technical characteristics of the laptop are not the highest, but more than sufficient for everyday use. We have this for our junior and senior students to do their homework which is mostly online these days. Having used laptops with SSDs I would never go back to spinning drives. 256GB is a lot of storage if you use cloud file storage. The biggest complaint about this laptop is the low screen resolution. The icons and windows are a bit large, especially considering the screen size. It's also heavier and bulkier than other laptops, but not by much. In general, the costs for the laptop are at the highest level. Finding a laptop with these specs at this price point is great. Since laptops depreciate so quickly when you buy them, why buy new ones when you can get one that's a few years old for 50% less or more?
