The order was delivered very quickly. I opened the box, connected both collars to the remote and it was up and running in less than 5 minutes. I am very impressed with the quality of the collars just for the looks, I will update the information in about 6 months. My only complaint was that a collar looks worn or worn and returned. I contacted the issue and received a replacement en route with no issues. I also really liked the rubber contact points, the shock function still works without the metal points digging into your throat. Edit: In less than a month we've only had issues with these collars. I'm disappointed. The design of the collars is fantastic and I love the LED function but one remote stopped working less than 5 days after opening. One collar won't stop beeping and the other has water in it when it should be waterproof. Returns were easy with Amazon but I had to return my second order after both the first and second went bad. It's a gamble that the collar/remote will work out of the box, but they're great WHEN THEY WORK.
