I bought this almost a year ago and I still can't use it. When it's connected to my laptop, I can access the music I've downloaded to it. But when I try to play it from the device it says SD card is empty. After researching on Youtube I found that there is also a save file on the device itself. However, I can't figure out how to set up the device so that I can either store music on the SD card or play music stored on the local storage. REALLY DISAPPOINTED! I also couldn't download all of my music and can't figure out why some songs download and others don't. Now I understand why paying so much more for an Apple product is worth it. It was a waste of time and money.
