I use my air fryer all the time to cook everything: meat, veggies, pizza, hard boiled eggs, buns and everything else. I have two aero grills. In this case, everything that you use frequently wears out. I got this because I managed to burn some sauce on the basket and it just didn't clean up well (after using the basket for 2 years). I'm doing it again as a backup so it's worth it. I will use my basket as long as I can keep it clean and when the going gets tough I will switch to a new one and keep cooking. I will always have one left. Maintenance is easy to keep the fryer itself clean, and the basket is only used enough that it occasionally needs to be replaced. Getting ready!
