I must say I was impressed by the quality design of this inlet box. I was expecting mostly plastic and no instructions. It is made of metal and came with instructions!To be honest you don't need the instructions. Each wire slot is color coded so even I could not mess up the installation. This is way better than another box I installed recently that had X & Y instead of the colors. I had to look on the internet how to install that one.Another great feature is there is a green light that comes on when power is applied so you know your generator is working.The box is well designed to take rain and should last.The only thing I had trouble with is the initial wall mounting. It has holes for two lower screws and one up top. If you put the top screw in fully you can't get the cover on, but this is a minor problem.
