The plug I received was not the one pictured here but the best replacement corded power supply which Nortel also replaced after all failed power supplies had failed. So I was very happy with what I actually received and not what appears in the photo. The old original Nortel power supplies used on the Call Pilot 100 and 150 are ALL DEFECTIVE after a few years. I work for a telecom company and have at least 100 of these installed. Over the years I have traveled and replaced everywhere. I had one of the last old style outlets in my house and it finally gave its last breath. The new one works like clockwork and should work for many years to come.
